Check-In & Check-Out Time

1. Check-out time is at noon (12:00hrs). Late checkout will be subject to availability and prior arrangement with the Front Desk. Check-out in-between 14:00 to 16:00 hours will be subject to 50% accommodation charges.
2. Check-out after 16:00 hours will incur 100% of the accommodation being charged accordingly. Check-in time is at 01:30 pm. Early check-in is subject to bed/glamp availability on the relevant day. Guests are required to reconfirm with the front office staff. For forced early arrivals before 12:00 hours, glamps will be booked and charged from the previous night.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

1. 50% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 7 days before the visit.
2. 100% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 5 days before the visit.
3. Bookings made in less than 5 days are deemed to be last-minute bookings, and their cancellations will be charged as per policy at 100%.
4. For bookings requiring a refund, 25% cancellation charges of the invoiced amount will be applied regardless of the number of days before the check-in date

Airline Travelers

1. For airline travelers, if the booking is canceled, guests will be given the choice to transfer their booking to the next available date within the next month or till October 5th.
2. Alternatively, guests can opt for a 75% refund of the invoiced amount. Proof of flight is required for eligibility.

No-Show Policy

1. Glamps not occupied by 09:00 PM (2100 hours) will be considered a no-show unless a prior arrangement has been made.
2. No-shows will be charged 100% cancellation charges, including both on-site cancellations and off-site cancellations made 5 days before the visit.

Change of Booking

Changing a booking from one site to another will incur a charge of 10% of the first invoiced amount.

Medical Illness

In the event of a guest becoming medically ill on-site and requesting to cancel their booking, they will be charged a 100% cancellation fee as per the last-minute cancellation clause.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, both parties reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation without penalty.

Communication

All cancellations and modification requests must be communicated directly through our booking platform or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Deposit Policy

1. The funds should be deposited within 24 hours of the booking order, else management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
2. All the funds should be transferred to the designated bank account of “Glamping Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited”.
3. Provide proof of fund transfer while booking via email to receive a booking confirmation.
4. While depositing cash on-site do receive an authorized invoice from onsite management.

What to expect at Glamp Deosai

Location

3 hours from Skardu, accessible via 4x4 with a scenic yet bumpy jeep trek.

Scenery

High-altitude plains (13,000+ ft), breathtaking views, often cold.

Weather

Cold year-round, even in summer. Sunny days are comfortable; evenings are chilly. Rainy/cloudy weather makes it colder. Dress in layers, with warm inners, fleece shirts, gloves, and down jackets.

Essentials

Comfortable/trekking shoes for exploring. Prescription medications, sunblock, mosquito repellent. Snacks for enjoying by the bonfire. An umbrella for rainy days.

Note: Dispose of garbage responsibly as it is a National Park.
